Specialist lending product available for buy to let properties with cladding with an inadequate EWS1 rating. If there is evidence of planned work through a government backed remediation scheme or a developer funded programme, or the EWS1 rating is A3 or B2, lending is potentially available up to 50% of the property's "cladding issue free" open market value. Otherwise lending is potentially available up to 50% of the property's cash value.
